Standard house cleaning includes: vacuuming and mopping all floors, cleaning bathrooms (toilet, sink, shower/tub, mirror), cleaning kitchen surfaces and appliances (exterior), dusting, and tidying common areas. Deep cleaning (inside appliances, baseboards, inside cabinets) is a separate service.

Yes. We can coordinate house cleaning and carpet cleaning in the same visit or on the same day. Carpet cleaning is priced separately. Contact us to bundle services.

We accept major credit cards, Interac e-Transfer, and cash. Payment is due upon completion of service. For recurring clients, we can set up monthly billing.

We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule without a cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee. We understand emergencies happen — contact us and we'll work with you.
